The Cast Iron Quick Hose Coupling is the Elcometer Blast Hose Quick Coupling range (part numbers SQC-13, SQC-25, SQC-32, SQC-32L and SQC-38), fitted to the end of a blast hose to create a solid connection and a consistent abrasive flow. The couplings are designed for increased safety and a prolonged hose lifespan.

In abrasive blasting, a poorly made hose connection can leak, separate under pressure or interrupt the flow of abrasive, which costs time and creates a safety hazard. A secure, correctly sized coupling keeps the joint tight and the flow even across the working session. Each coupling is supplied with safety clips, a gasket and coupling screws, and is suitable for use up to 15bar working pressure.

The Cast Iron Quick Hose Coupling range is sized to match specific blast hoses. The SQC-13 (13mm ID, 28mm OD) suits BH13 hose; the SQC-25 (25mm ID, 38mm OD) suits BH25; the SQC-32 and the longer SQC-32L (both 32mm ID, 48mm OD) suit BH32 and BH32X; and the SQC-38 (38mm ID, 55mm OD) suits BH38 and BH38X.
