The Elcometer 19mm ID 12bar Blast Hose Extension is an abrasive blasting hose supplied in 10 or 20m lengths to extend the reach of a blast hose when it cannot stretch to the desired location. The Elcometer 19mm ID 12bar Blast Hose Extension is offered with BSP or NPT/NPSM thread couplings under part numbers including BH19NB-10, BH19NN-10, BH19NB-20, BH19NN-20, BH19SB-10, BH19SB-20, BH19SN-10 and BH19SN-20.
The Elcometer 19mm ID 12bar Blast Hose Extension has an internal diameter of 19mm and an outside diameter of 34mm, a maximum working pressure of 12bar with a three times safety margin, and a minimum bend radius of 155mm. Construction is built for the wear blasting hoses take: a 2 ply braid reinforcement of woven cord linings in a cross pattern improves strength while keeping the hose flexible, and the tough, weather-resistant outer cover uses abrasion-resistant, anti-static natural and styrene-butadiene rubber. The inner wall is a natural and styrene-butadiene rubber compound with carbon black, giving an abrasion resistance value of 50mm3 in accordance with DIN53516 and an anti-static rating of R less than 10 to the power 6 ohms per metre, which dissipates static electricity to ground and protects the blaster from static shock. Extensions of the Elcometer 19mm ID 12bar Blast Hose Extension are supplied complete with twinline pneumatic remote control hose and two quick couplings.

Available in 10 or 20m lengths with a maximum working pressure of 12bar and a 3 times safety margin, the following blast hose extensions have an internal diameter of 19mm and are ideal for when your blast hose is unable to reach the desired location.
- 2 Ply Braid Reinforcement Elcometer's blast hose features highly woven cord linings in a 2 ply cross pattern to improve hose strength and allow flexibility.
- Tough Outer Cover The tough weather resistant cover prolongs the life of the hose as it is manufactured using abrasion resistant and anti-static natural and styrene-butadiene rubber with a cloth impression.
- Anti-Static and Abrasion Resistant Inner Wall The Elcometer blast hose is manufactured out of natural and styrene-butadiene rubber compound with carbon black, has an abrasion resistance value of 50mm³ in accordance with DIN53516 and has an anti-static rating (R) of R<10⁶ Ω/m. This dissipates static electricity to the ground to protect the blaster from injuries caused by a static shock.
