The Elcometer Top FNF Digital Inspection Kit (part number prefix YKIT-) brings together the portable gauges needed to carry out the three principal inspection tasks in the protective and industrial coatings industry: climate, surface profile and dry film thickness. All gauges are stored in one hard plastic protective carrying case and supplied with full operating instructions.

Each measurement guards against a different failure. The Elcometer 319 digital dewpoint meter reads up to five climatic parameters at once, including relative humidity, surface temperature and dewpoint, so coating is only applied when conditions are right. The Elcometer 224 integral digital surface profile gauge measures the blast profile (0 to 500 microns) that the coating keys into, at 60-plus readings per minute. The Elcometer 456 ferrous coating thickness gauge then confirms the cured dry film thickness over a 0 to 1500 micron range with its scale 1 standard separate probe, at 70-plus readings per minute. The 224 and 456 are rated equivalent to IP64, with automatic rotating displays and user-definable pass/fail limits.

The Elcometer Top FNF Digital Inspection Kit uses memory-equipped gauges that record large batches of readings and transfer them by Bluetooth or USB into ElcoMaster 2.0 software for professional reports, with charts and photographs assigned to each batch. ElcoMaster for Android can pull readings straight to a phone or tablet on site. The PINIP probe and ElcoMaster software with USB cable are optional additions for the Elcometer Top FNF Digital Inspection Kit where space is provided in the case.
