The BEVS 1132 Intelligent Cone and Plate Viscometer is a highly accurate instrument for studying the rheological properties of fluid products. The BEVS 1132 is a fully automatic viscometer with adjustable shear rate and controllable temperature, using a high-precision DC motor and an automatic lifting platform to make viscosity measurement simpler and more accurate.
Shear rate on the BEVS 1132 Intelligent Cone and Plate Viscometer is tightly controlled at 10,000 s⁻¹ (BS standard) and 12,000 s⁻¹ (ASTM standard), or can be freely set across a 333-20000 s⁻¹ range.
The temperature control plate is precisely controlled from +5°C to 75°C, producing both temperature and shear rate/viscosity curves. Its portable design suits Newtonian and non-Newtonian testing across food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, coatings, inks, mining, construction, petrochemicals and polymers.
