The BEVS 1133 Intelligent Krebs Viscometer is a manual-type touch-screen viscometer, well suited to measuring the viscosity of Newtonian and near-Newtonian fluids such as paints, coatings, adhesives, pulp and inks. A high-precision DC motor drives the spindle of the BEVS 1133 at a fixed 200 rpm, replacing the traditional weight-driven mechanism used in older Stormer-type viscometers and giving consistent, repeatable results.
Results on the BEVS 1133 Intelligent Krebs Viscometer are displayed simultaneously in KU, grams and centipoise, with a real-time graph of viscosity against time and live display of sample and environment temperature, and completed measurement reports can be output directly from the instrument.
