The Tungsten Carbide Venturi Blast Nozzle with Acetal Jacket (part numbers MT28337-3C to MT28337-12N) is an impact resistant, long wearing abrasive blast nozzle intended for use with aggressive abrasives. The venturi bore widens the blast pattern and raises abrasive velocity, so the Tungsten Carbide Venturi Blast Nozzle covers ground quickly while the construction stands up to the harsher media that wear ordinary nozzles out fast.

The acetal jacket protects the tungsten carbide liner of the Tungsten Carbide Venturi Blast Nozzle, prolonging its lifespan. It also keeps the Tungsten Carbide Venturi Blast Nozzle lightweight, which causes less operator strain over a working day and increases productivity. The tungsten carbide liner itself resists the constant erosion of abrasive moving through the bore. Each nozzle is supplied with a rubber gasket.

Eight orifice sizes are available for the Tungsten Carbide Venturi Blast Nozzle, from the #3 at 4.8mm up to the #12 at 19mm, all with a 32mm entry diameter. Larger orifices pass more abrasive for clearing wide areas. Each size is offered in two thread variants: the C versions carry a 51mm contractor thread, and the N versions a 32mm NPSM thread, with lengths varying by size and thread (for example the #8 contractor MT28337-8C is 235mm).
