The course will cover items such as:

Calibrating a Dry Film Coating Thickness Gauge

Taking surface profile readings with a Digital gauge as well as Testex Tape - we will cover recent changes in the ASTM Standard

Recording climatic conditions and what key information to look out for

Downloading readings to a computer and generating reports

Delegates will receive a certificate on completion of the course.CPD points will be available.

Paperless Quality Assurance (PQA) (ElcoMaster)ElcoMaster Paperless QA Course:

Create digital Coating Technical Reports by importing gauge readings into ElcoMaster 3.0.

Generate reports in various formats, including customized templates.

Combine data on Climate, Surface Profile, Coating Thickness, Ultrasonic Thickness, Salt Measurement, and Adhesion.

Import application photos and annotate readings directly on the photographs.You are welcome to bring a Laptop and Smartphone to get the most out of the course.

I have also taken a few video clips of the free Elcometer ElcoMaster software being used and the ease of use in being able to generate reports at the push of a button. These clips are all using the in-built template.
