The Elcometer P30B Lower Outlet Pressure Tank (part number PP30B) is a 30 litre fluid supply tank for spray application, suitable for material of high or standard viscosity and for solvent and water-based paints. The lower outlet feeds material from the base of the tank, which suits dense and high-viscosity products that do not move easily and keeps two spray guns supplied without the refilling delays of a cup-fed setup.

The body and lid are stainless steel. There are two lower outlet ports, a dual air regulator with discharge valve to set spray gun and pot pressure safely, and a lid port for faster refills and for observing material level. Robust castor wheels make it easy to move around site. Working pressure is rated to a maximum of 7 bar, with the air pressure gauge reading 0 to 8 bar and the product pressure gauge 0 to 12 bar. The air inlet is 6.35mm BSP male, the product outlet is 19mm or 9.52mm BSP male, and the tank operates from 0 to 50 degrees C. It measures 620 x 620 x 850mm and weighs 52kg.

There is no agitator on this model. The standard kit supplies the Elcometer P30B Lower Outlet Pressure Tank with an 11m air hose, and variants come pre-matched to a Sagola Premium 419 spray gun (PP30B-419) or a Sagola Stucco spray gun with a 2.8B aircap (PP30B-4001-28B28) for dense materials. The tank conforms to ATEX II 2G T60C X, covering use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Used in industrial finishing where heavy-bodied coatings are sprayed, it is supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Elcometer distributor.
