The Elcometer 20100H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine is a 100 litre, 15bar high-pressure blast pot for mobile contractors who need continuous high production blasting. It is supplied in several kit and valve configurations under part numbers M20100H-AGV2-B, M20100H-GV2-B, M20100H-AGV1-B and M20100H-GV1-B. The higher 15bar working pressure suits demanding production blasting, while the large pot capacity reduces refilling stops on long jobs.
The pot of the Elcometer 20100H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine is of heavy duty 6mm construction and is available with a range of grit valves to suit sandblasting requirements, with a choice of General Valve (GV) or Automatic General Valve (AGV). The Elcometer 20100H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine carries 38mm pipework, a maximum working pressure of 15bar and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C. The 100 litre pot has a 508mm diameter, measures 1175mm high by 704mm wide by 865mm deep, and weighs 153kg, holding around 234kg of garnet grit or 440kg of steel shot. Heavy duty wheels allow easy movement within a blast site. Kits are built around an RCV4000+ remote control valve with air manifold, exhaust and silencer, a 20m pneumatic control hose with deadman's handle, choke valve, metering valve, mixer T and moisture separator, with the higher kits adding 38mm ID blast hose, a nylon nozzle holder and an externally mounted sieve and lid. Each Elcometer 20100H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine carries a pressure test certificate and a 12 month warranty.
