About this product

The Elcometer 24200 Portable Abrasive Blast Machine (part numbers M24200-GV1-B through M24200-AGV2-N) is a 200 litre twin wheeled blast pot built for continuous, high production sandblasting. The large capacity is the point: a bigger hopper means fewer stops to refill, so an operator spends more time blasting and less time idle. On a site clearing rust and old coatings ahead of recoating, that uptime translates directly into throughput.

The 200 litre pot holds up to 468kg of garnet grit or 880kg of steel shot, and the twin wheeled frame keeps a heavily loaded machine easy to manoeuvre around a worksite. Construction is heavy duty 6mm steel, with 38mm pipework feeding the abrasive, a maximum working pressure of 12bar and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C. The pot measures 610mm in diameter, stands 1380mm high and weighs 205kg.

The Elcometer 24200 Portable Abrasive Blast Machine 200 litre is offered with a choice of media valves to suit the blast application, including General Valve (GV) and Automatic General Valve (AGV) configurations, each available in PED and ASME pressure variants. Kits add the RCV4000+ remote control valve, deadman's handle, choke valve, moisture separator and blast hose. It is supplied with a full 12 month warranty and is quick to service.
