The Elcometer 24200H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine (part numbers M24200H-GV1-B, M24200H-GV2-B, M24200H-AGV1-B and M24200H-AGV2-B) is a 200 litre high pressure blast pot for continuous, high production blasting. The H denotes the higher pressure rating: it runs at a maximum working pressure of 15bar against the 12bar of the standard 24200, which raises abrasive velocity for faster stripping of mill scale, rust and old coatings. The large capacity of the Elcometer 24200H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine reduces refill time, keeping the operator working rather than topping up the hopper.

The 200 litre pot accepts up to 468kg of garnet grit or 880kg of steel shot. The Elcometer 24200H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine is built from heavy duty 6mm steel with 38mm pipework, the pot measuring 610mm in diameter, 1380mm high and weighing 205kg, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C. The twin wheeled frame keeps a loaded machine safe and easy to move around site.
