The Elcometer 24285H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine (part numbers M24285H-GV1-B, M24285H-GV2-B, M24285H-AGV1-B and M24285H-AGV2-B) is a 285 litre high pressure blast pot for large scale applications that demand continuous, high production blasting. The H marks the higher pressure rating of 15bar against the 12bar of the standard 24285, increasing abrasive velocity for faster removal of mill scale, rust and old coatings on demanding jobs.

The 285 litre pot of the Elcometer 24285H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine holds up to 667kg of garnet grit or 1254kg of steel shot, suits filling from a storage hopper, and where configured can feed one or two operators from a single pot. Construction is heavy duty 6mm steel with 38mm pipework and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C. The pot is 610mm in diameter, stands 1665mm high and weighs 231kg, with a twin wheeled frame for safe handling of a loaded machine.

The Elcometer 24285H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine is available with a range of grit valves to suit the application, in General Valve (GV) and Automatic General Valve (AGV) forms, Kit 1 or Kit 2. Kits add the RCV4000+ remote control valve, deadman's handle, choke valve, moisture separator and, on Kit 2, a 38mm ID blast hose. The Elcometer 24285H Portable Abrasive Blast Machine carries a full 12 month warranty and is quick to service.
