The Elcometer 20100 Portable Abrasive Blast Machine is a 100 litre, 12bar blast pot for mobile contractors who need continuous high production blasting. It is supplied in several kit and valve configurations, including part numbers M20100-GV1-B, M20100-AGV1-B, M20100-GV2-B, M20100-AGV2-B and their ASME-coded equivalents. The larger pot capacity keeps blasting going for longer between refills, and heavy duty wheels let the machine be moved around blast yards and sites.
The pot of the Elcometer 20100 Portable Abrasive Blast Machine is of heavy duty 6mm construction and is available with a range of grit valves to suit the application, with a choice of General Valve (GV) or Automatic General Valve (AGV). The Elcometer 20100 Portable Abrasive Blast Machine carries 38mm pipework, a maximum working pressure of 12bar and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C. The 100 litre pot has a 508mm diameter, measures 1175mm high by 704mm wide by 865mm deep, and weighs 153kg, holding around 234kg of garnet grit or 440kg of steel shot. Kits are built around an RCV4000+ remote control valve with air manifold, exhaust and silencer, a 20m pneumatic control hose with deadman's handle, choke valve, metering valve, mixer T and moisture separator, with the higher kits adding 32mm ID blast hose, a nylon nozzle holder and an externally mounted sieve and lid. Each machine carries a pressure test certificate and a 12 month warranty.
