Engineered for the most demanding industrial bodyshop the Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun is ergonomic, robust and offers a high quality finish. Ideal for industrial vehicles, trailers and coachwork, the Sagola X 4100 has been designed for high production industrial bodyshops. Ergonomically balanced for continuous all-day use and easy to clean with minimal maintenance. The Sagola X 4100 Aircap range consists of conventional and HVLP aircaps for perfect colour matching and finishes with basecoats, clearcoats and one coat systems. The Sagola X 4100 is available to purchase as a complete kit with the aircap, needle and nozzle specified supplied and fitted. Alternatively, as the spray gun is universal and can be used with any of the aircaps in the X range, all items can be purchased separately to meet your specific requirements.

1. Interchangeable stainless steel nozzles for optimum paint flow, fast and smooth application.
2. Interchangeable colour coded aluminium aircaps available in high transfer EPA and HVLP, perfect for colour matching and finish with basecoats, clearcoats and one coat systems.
3. There are no metallic or plastic external parts used for air distribution, making the cleaning process easier.
4. High precision “soft flow” air valve allows accurate set up of air pressure without wasting paint.
NO PAINT SPRAYING IS REQUIRED.

5. Manufactured without gaskets or seals in the product area. No air diffusers, no blind chambers, no threads in contact with paint. Just metal in contact with metal. Extremely easy to clean, extremely easy to maintain.
6. Manufactured with only one single piece automatic paint packing gland minimising potential damage and breakage and much easier to remove when cleaning the gun.
