How This Pre-Blasting Step Works?

• Flexible SBR Discs. The SBR discs contain tungsten carbide pins positioned at a specific angle for optimal impact force.
• Centrifugal Force Activation. When rotating, centrifugal force causes the pins to strike the surface in a controlled pendulum motion.
• Hammering Impact. This hammering effect removes old paint, bitumen, epoxy, rust, and corrosion layers without generating heat.
• Very thorough Cleanliness and Roughened Surface. Even tough materials like coaltar epoxy, adhesives, or sealants are easily removed, leaving surfaces ready for Bristle Blasting.
